Marova is not taking orders yet. This is how shipping will work.

Where orders ship from

Marova does not hold stock. Each order is packed and sent by our fulfilment supplier, CJ Dropshipping, and ships to you from the supplier's warehouse, which may be outside New Zealand.

Delivery times and cost

Delivery time and shipping cost depend on the product and the shipping method. The checkout shows both for your items, taken from the supplier's quote for New Zealand, and we do not quote a delivery time we cannot see for that product. Transit estimates count from dispatch, not from the day you order. Once your order ships we email you tracking details where the carrier provides them.

Customs and duties

Where an order is subject to import GST, duty or fees, the checkout will say who pays them before you confirm your order.

Problems with delivery

If your order is late, damaged or does not arrive, email hello@getmarova.com with your order number and we will sort it out. See Returns.
